Annual purchase but first time experiencing issues with customer services. Placed an order at the beginning of May. Usually a quick turnaround. However after a week of no updates I contacted the office to be told non in stock and a fresh batch was being made. Finally received our order this week. No problems with the product. Just some feedback. It would have been nice to receive updates on order or lack of food by B P Milling rather than me having to make some phone calls.
