We have ordered from BP before so we knew we would get good service. The pellet goes down very well with our fish. Our first pallet had the additive bottle split open and leaked everywhere and 4 pellet bags holed (prob by fork lift). Not BPM s fault but there was no quibbles and they have now sent replacements , all; delivered successfully today. Thanks team.
