Standard Supplement Pellet - Low protein food source

Standard Supplement Pellet

(25% Protein, 3% Oil)

Our cereal supplement is a dedicated supplementary feed for fisheries. An affordable, digestible and a healthy alternative feed supplement for fish. Formulated from a finely ground blend of Wheat, Rapemeal, Soya and Wheat Distillers which is steam cooked prior to pelleting to enhance the digestibility of the grains. A simple and cost effective food source without any inclusion of meat proteins or marine oils, all clean and sustainable British ingredients that we have proven to have minimal impact on water quality.

A sensible protein level, safe to feed all year round, with the peace of mind that any wastage is completely organic, harmless for water quality compared to oily fishmeal feeds.

Happy as ever

Having used BP Milling for the last 5 years or so, it now forms the main part of my baiting approach and use the 16ml alongside my boilies. Very easy to catapult them up to 20 wraps. Before use and depending on the time of year, I soaked them for a week in various liquids and then coat them in salt. i use them mainly to get some faster attraction into the swim, encourage the silvers to create the initial feeding activty, knowing that the pellets will dissolve quicker, leaving the boilies for the carp to consume. It's an approach the works consitently for me over the years and fishing a lot simpler. Plus its also nice to know that what I'm feeding them is also good for the overall quality of the life that also lives in the lake. All the baits and liquids I use now are from proven sustainable sources which limit the overall inpact on our seas and are actually benefitting the waters I fish. lets hope that new PB is just around the corner. Thanks again for a great product and service.

Break down far too quickly

On the plus side, quick delivery of the standard supplement pellet.
Unfortunately, when I tested the breakdown of the pellet in a glass of tap water it had broken down by a quarter within ten minutes.
I went out for a short while and when I came back the test pellets had totally broken down to powder. These were supposed to be slow breakdown for feeding carp so I won't be buying anymore as I will mainly be feeding the small fish, Rudd and Roach. I’m sorry I can't give better feedback.
